This is the hub zone of the expansion, access it from Erillion, City of Bronze, Guild Hall portal, or other means of translocation.
In order to use the many portals to the other zones of this expansion you will have to attune yourself to the zone, by reaching it from the fear crystal somewhere in a zone from a previous expansion. You can portal in via Fellowships and Guild hall portal if you have the attunement quest and {{#Lucy:Dire Tuning Crystal}} for the respective zone, which you pickup in Shard's Landing from various NPC's near their respective portal.
