Basics

  • Galaxydome battles are 4 versus 4 battles.
  • Each battle costs 1 Galaxydome Pass and 5 Stamina.

Galaxydome Passes

  • You are given 20 Galaxydome passes every 24 hours.
  • You may purchase an additional 10 Galaxydome Passes at any time for 3 Goldens Suns (GS).
  • When Galaxydome passes go on sale, the price is halved: 20 Galaxydome Passes for 3 GS.
  • You earn extra Galaxydome Passes at ranks 8, 16, 24, and 40.
  • Including the extra passes, you may obtain up to 40 free Galaxydome passes every 24 hours.

Choosing your team

  • You add players from your Fleet to your Galaxydome team.
    • To get players for Fleet, send friend requests.
    • Each accepted friend request will add one person to your Fleet.
  • There are four positions on each team: Tank, Melee, Healer, and Ranged.
  • You must occupy one of the four positions on your team.
  • You do not have to fill the other three positions.

Calculating Team Power

  • The power rating for each position is calculated as follows:
    • Tank - (Atk*0.3 + Def*1.0) * %Bonus = power def
    • Melee - (Atk*0.5 + Def*0.8) * %Bonus = power stam
    • Healer - (Atk*0.2 + Def*1.1) * %Bonus = power energy
    • Ranged - (Atk*0.8 + Def*0.5) * %Bonus = power attack
  • Your power
    • The game adds your equipment and status, then applies the percentage modifiers listed above.
    • Example: you have 3000 attack + 600 attack from equipment, and you are in the Tank position
      • So: (3000 + 600) * 0.3 = 1080 attack power.
    • You receive no %Bonus.
  • Your teammate's power
    • Your teammates stats to not contribute to your teammate's power rating.
    • Galaxydome uses only the power of the equipment worn by your teammates and modifies it by the %Bonus.
    • %Bonus adds a fixed 0% to 20% Bonus.
    • The size of the power Bonus depends on the stats of the teammate in each slot.
      • Tank = Defense
      • Melee = Stamina
      • Healer = Energy
      • Ranged = Attack
  • The Power from fused items figures into all Galaxydome power calculations.

Choosing your opponent

  • LotS places two limits on who you can fight in the Galaxydome Arena.
    • You may only fight people six ranks above you and six ranks below you.
      • Example: If you are rank 21, you will see people from rank 15-27.
    • The Galaxydome also groups players in 500 level blocks.
      • Example: If you are level 750, you will only be able to fight other players that are between 501 and 1,000.

Winning

  • You earn between 1-13 base GP per Victory.
    • When you fight players of your own rank, you receive 7 GP per victory.
    • If you defeat someone ranked lower than you, subtract 1 GP for each rank lower.
    • If you defeat someone ranked higher than you, add 1 GP for each rank higher.
  • Certain Galaxydome rank rewards give you a chance to earn extra GP.
    • The chance to earn extra points appears to be less than 5%.
    • Each chance to earn extra points increases the multiplier of extra GP earned, up to a max of 4x.
    • You earn multipliers at ranks 6, 23, and 39.
  • You earn 5-24 experience per fight.
  • You earn 1 Medal or (rarely) 1 Galaxydome Pass per fight.
  • If you deplete an opponent's PvP health, the opponent will flee and your PvP kill count will increase by 1.

Losing

  • You lose GP based on the rank difference between you and your opponent, although the numbers are unclear.
    • You lose this GP regardless of whether you attack and lose or whether someone else attacked and Defeated you.
  • If you lose enough GP, you will go down a rank.
    • Your rank cannot drop below a "safety bar." Safety bars occur every four ranks.
  • If another player depletes all of your PvP health, your Death count will increase by 1.

Ranking up

  • All players start at rank 0
  • When you achieve enough GP, you rank up automatically.
  • Ranking up entitles you to the reward specific to that rank.
  • If purchased rewards at a specific rank and then lose your rank, you can no longer purchase the reward, but you can still use rewards you have already purchased.
