The developers refer to the rare item in an item bag as the Jackpot prize. You have a significantly lower chance to recieve Jackpot items from an item bag. Jackpot items are always powerful, and include legendary utilities, premium officers, and the best ships. World Raids occasionally have Jackpot items, the most notable of which is General Skorzeny, which can drop Bambleweeny 57 Sub-Meson Brain and Squeedlyspooch.
