Defeat Mission: Between Heaven and Hell (Zone {{#varpull:LotS/missions/Between_Heaven_and_Hell\|LotS/MissionHeader\|zone}}) on Normal difficulty. It appears that between 16-16,480 defense is needed to receive only 1 damage from the Nightmare mission boss.
