TBL/Zones/trialsofsmoke/Kill Mephits/steps/Step 1

Mephits are a somewhat random spawn throughout the zone. You may have to kill some of the other Mercenary Quest creatures to get them to spawn.

Once you kill your last Mephit, the quest automatically will complete.
