There are 4 chase items which can drop in this mission. They only drop from the final 4 monsters. You will also receive a loot lockout when you get to this point in the mission. Any mission spawned with a character part of a loot lockout will result in no items dropping from the generals. Additionally you will receive a separate lockout upon looting a chase item.
