Severed Sandra, a fictitious disembodied head with a merry disposition, was something of an icon during the Zombie Mockalypse. She appeared on a number of public service broadcasts which instructed people in the most efficient means of dispatching zombies. Unfortunately, the actress who portrayed her suffered a tragic fate. Once the hoax was revealed, an aggrieved fan decided that it was somehow Sandra's fault -- and made her simulated decapitated state genuine.
