Each attack by any raid member has a chance to inflict bonus damage (25% @ +90%). When combined with Broadside Cannons, there is a chance for double proc damage (additional 25% chance at +90%).
Where does the Drift Breaker call home? Where do those holes it tears in the sky lead? What hangs in the "Drift"? Perhaps one day, the rest of the universe will get to learn the answers to those questions.
