A school bully got sick and tired of people commenting on his victim's black eyes and sundry other bruises. He knew that it was only a matter of time before a parent or teacher found out what was going on. So he visited a black market chem-dealer and bought a few of these -- designed to toughen the other boy's flesh and ensure that no signs of violence would appear there. As it transpired, the added toughness provided by the injections worked better than expected (depending on one's perspective). The victim laughed off the bully's strongest punches and beat him senseless.
