Members of the Blood Hunt often decorate prized weapons with trophies from their best kills -- horns, bones, or eyeballs, for example. One hunter even used a stink gland cut from an excrement-eating thoocluk on Mudruk IV. This proved to be a poor decision, since the stench always alerted his prey, dissuaded other hunters from grouping with him, and caused his wife to douse him in industrial strength cleaning agents whenever he returned home.
