1. Baron Beatdown was originally a corporate mascot for the law firm of Chelsea, Rodriguez, and Beatdown (the latter pronounced 'Bet-doon'). Different paralegals took turns donning the costume and visiting inner-city schools -- ostensibly to warn children away from crime, but in reality to target those kids most likely to become criminals and ensure that Chelsea, Rodriguez, and Beatdown were the first people they called when they began offending and required legal representation.
