The Form is strange, just like his partner -- The Function. No one knows either of their true identities, and they go around masked at all times. On his own, he fights in a slow and brutish manner. He shows little or no finesse of any kind, except when The Function is close by.
It's been remarked that Devastatrix wears a sad expression on her face when she watches The Form and Function compete. But she offers no explanation, refusing to answer any questions about the matter.
