The afore-mentioned personage has not been marked for honorable execution in accordance to the lawful tradition and practice of the Morag Tong Guild. This personage is located in Skyrim, and is therefore outside the guild's jurisdiction. This contract is extremely rare, but the Guild has been paid a tremendous amount for it. As such you are to proceed very carefully, and should you succeed without attracting the suspicion of local law enforcement, you will be rewarded handsomely.
