Argonian Black Rum is a Drink you Obtain can obtain in the following quests:

1. DBR/Quests/Stabby#Captian_Shadowscale.2C_I_Presume.3F
2. DBR/Quests/Stabby#The_Gold_Master_Thief

Usage

Shake well before drinking. Seriously though:

Creatures and people up to level 50 nearby won't fight for 30 seconds.

If you find yourself in a fight with several guards, just break out the rum! They will immediately stop fighting. This drink works on almost all people and creatures in the game. Argonian Black Rum can be found in a handful of rum barrels in Skyrim. They cannot be bought from any vendor.
