Tutorial on adding officers to the Legacy of a Thousand Suns wiki, and having it work properly with wiki. (note that crew is similar)
1) Upload pic of the officer. Take a screenshot of the larger image that pops up when you mouse hover over the officer, and crop it to the 128x128 size of the image. Upload it (click on left upload file)
