Effect: When attacking or casting skills, has 45% chance to decrease 36% of the damage caused by target and 36% of HP recovered by target. Last 3 rounds. Increases healing or attack effect effect by 30% when triggering a Crit by casting Skills. It can be triggered up to 3 times in each battle. This armor piece is compatible with any gear set.
