Each time you redeem Achievement Points (AP), you will receive one random item from the pack you selected. Admiral Kole and the White Tiger are the only unique items. You can receive all other item multiple times.
Note: A full set of Blue Dragon armor requires 5x of Grey, Green, and Blue Imperial Plans and 4x of Purple and Orange Imperial Plans. Assuming perfect luck, that would require 9500 AP.
