"Dubber was curious about the strange alien organ he had acquired, and decided to travel the galaxy in the hope of discovering which species it might have come from. When he visited the Sussurrae, they were somewhat bemused - since their gaseous bodies lack anything which a human might refer to as an organ. But his exploits entertained them, and a couple of Vaporizers were assigned to him as bodyguards during his time in their part of pace. Those particular Sussurrae are named after the effect of their heavy weapons, which tend to turn their enemies' bodies into mist - something the Sussurrae find most fitting.
