new Lab page format, parameter plan
current lab's page name will not hit on wiki search.
we must change them to LotS/Lab/(correct name)

i start to rebuild Lab pages.
make new page LotS/Lab/(correct name) with plan1.5 template & parameters.
(Collect tab's page name r ok)
x2, x4, x20, x100 Stat Points pages put in Stat Points page x qty.
