The last node, Second Chances, was originally a bonus mini-issue as part of the Second Chances event. It was later added in as an optional node at the end of this issue (mostly unchanged, although the energy cost for Normal was increased to 100). You do not need to complete it for finishing the issue, nor do you get any reward for finishing it (or even any of the normal crafting drops) -- it's purely to help complete the story.
