After recovering the Eiffel Tower, the Tricolors celebrated in appropriately Gallic fashion -- with wine, cheese, and much kissing of cheeks. Amidst these festivities, one of their number proposed that they keep the name of their group alive by establishing a vigilante force which would prevent such criminality in the future. Keltron, a robot trained in the art of savate, was brought into their ranks to bolster their close-combat capabilities during these operations.
