Joining the Reputation
Accessible once reaching level 15 and choosing a faction. The Leader's Abode is located in the Exile's Settlement for the Free League, and in Fortress of the Alienated for the Steel Cohort.
Increasing your Reputation
Handing in Eschi to the Leader's Abode will yield a Crossbow and a small amount of reputation. The type of Crossbow received is based on how much Renounced Reputation you have, as well as the amount of Eschi handed in.
