Jugg/Monster/Topor Matriarch/Loot A capable shaman and a crafty leader, this woman has gained control of the fragile minds of the swamp pariahs and has forced them to bow down before her and carry out terrible orders....Thanks to her guile and encouraging speech, the often cowardly and faint-hearted Topers have become so emboldened that they have started to leave their burrows and drag lost voyagers into the swamp. The Toper Matriarch performs dreadful rituals and experiments on her captives, trying to turn them into Mankors.
