Few things are more inspiring in the midst of a tumultuous battle than to glimpse your peoples insignia raised aloft, flying proudly in defiance of the weapons fire and explosions which rage around it. A standard-bearer knows that they're a target, that countless blasts will be aimed at their head and heart. But still they charge forth with the banner held high, knowing that if they fall another will take it up - that never will it be left lying upon the ground, unless every man and woman in their army lies dead beside it.
