|text=When you first met Oktoberfest, he was shooting motes of dust whilst quaffing beer from a rather large tankard. He then proceeded to collapse into the most efficient drunken stupor imaginable -- after first filing away his vomit and signing for it in triplicate. While he slept, {{LotS/ItemLink2|Wibbak Kruger|Wibbak}} explained that the Kruger family hadn't actually given his brother that ridiculous first name. Rather it was something he chose himself, to celebrate his love of German beer and beer-related festivities.

During a brief period of sobriety, Oktoberfest later explained that he shoots better when inebriated. Perhaps it's a pistolier's equivalent of drunken boxing...
