|text=Unlike most lodge members, Kedup didn't earn her place by being a hunter, a stalker, a predator. She did it by being the prey. She'd slather herself in delicious juices, draw out a fearsome beast, then survive a desperate chase until she lured it to her comrades. She still speaks of those days with pride -- though she's glad they're behind her. Now she gets to carry guns, and observe animals through their sights rather than via frantic glances over her shoulder.
