Editing LoH/issues/Second Chances

Note: unlike a normal issue, this issue cannot be reset, so it can only be played twice (once on each difficulty). You receive a [[LoH/items/Phaeton Backpack|Phaeton Backpack]] for completing the issue. In the May 16, 2013 patch, the content of this issue was also added as an extra bonus node in {{LoH/MissionLink|12}}, allowing it to be played any time (although, of course, without the reward).
