Editing HoT/progression/raid

There are very few Tier 1 raids as these are meant to be a supplement to Tier 2 Underfoot raids (aka BT/LC/FF).  The Awakening looks to be the tier boss before you get to the final farm zone.  So looks like lots of key farming here.
