Morell's Challenge (the first group mission for the zone) 
You may also need the partisan tasks "Stash and Go" and "Me Gold", but this is not confirmed.

Confirming DO NOT require "Stash and Go" and "Me Gold" tasks complete to request or zone into the instance.
