New Grab Bag: Christmas Vault
*An all new Grab Bag is available in the shop, which contains new and powerful items to aid you in battle.
*Please note that you have the chance to obtain the following from the Christmas Vault: 1 Officer OR 1 Ship OR 2 crew OR 1 Utility OR 1 Quarg Ral Flek.
*Contains two new officers: Santa Claus and Ms. Claus.
*Santa Claus will proc extra damage against Humans and Female raids, while Ms. Claus deals extra damage against Human and Male raids.
*The vault also contains 2 new crew members: Vlarg Elf and Rylattu Elf, whose defense stats increase with either Santa Claus or Ms. Claus in the ship.
*Do note that you will receive the Vlarg Elf and Rylattu Elf crew members in quantities of 2.
*New utility - Christmas Goose, which procs extra damage against Human, Male and Female raids; its proc power grows for every Vlarg Elf, Rylattu Elf and Christmas Goose owned.

Zone 15 has Arrived: Christmas Chaos
*An all new, 2 area Christmas themed zone is here!
*Follow the adventures (or misadventures) of the companions in zone 1.
*Then it's back to the Captain's seat in zone 2, where you will meet a familiar face.
*Two new raids accompany this zone (spoiler free info): area 1 raid boss is classified as Large and Alien Beast, while the area 2 boss is classified as Medium, Organic Humanoid, Human and Male.
*This zone is accessible after completing Zone 14, Lu Bu's Halloween, on normal.


Raid Rampage Week 3
*This week only, the following raids will have their loot drops increased: Centurian Councilor, Galactic Reaver, Kalaxian Cult-Mistress, The Hat, Centurian Sentinel, Advocate Tulk and Terminus Interceptor Squad.
*Next week, a new set of raids will be affected by Raid Rampage for 1 week only.


New World Raid - Christmas Campaign!
*''A number of terrible yuletide enemies stand ready for battle: a lunatic Santa, a rampaging snowman, a murderous mutant reindeer, and a workshop full of maniacs who plot to nuke aliens as part of a nefarious holiday scheme. *A new world raid is upon you to spread their holiday cheer and vengence, and will be out today.
*This is a two day World Raid, categorized as Normal, Epic, Organic Humanoid, Human, Male, Mechanized and Alien Beast.
*It will be summoned today, soon after today's build.
*There are no tactic slots available for this raid.
*The order of release will be Facebook, Kongregate and Armor Games at 30 minutes apart.
*Energy, Stamina and Honor attacks are available.
*3 New utilities are part of the epic tier rewards, based off the Comic Book contest winners: SimonMoon5 (Matchmaker Bot), Sigune (Flowers for a Princess) and Astarion (Chainsaw Gremlin); They have also been given exclusive, powerful versions of aforementioned utilities.
*The original Santa Suit set is part of the Epic loot table and have been upgraded accordingly.
*The Snowman Grabbag is also part of the Epic reward, but at a lower chance.
*There is a guaranteed Doom Sphere at 750K, and a Christmas Trophy at 750K and 5B (the top tier damage).
*The Christmas Trophies in particular can be used to upgrade old free ships into stronger versions; second to *the Cerebral Destroyer, for those who do not have that ship yet.

Facebook Exclusive: Game Groups
*Working in conjunction with Facebook's new feature, alliances can now create a Facebook group within the game which will allow alliances to organize their activities such as posting messages or sharing raids directly into the group from the game.
*Players forming new alliances will be given additional permissions to select for automatically creating the group.
*Existing alliances have the option to create a group from their alliance page, just above the "Invite" button.
*Once a group is made, charter members (for new alliances) or existing members (for current alliances) will automatically be added into the alliance's Facebook group.
*The current functionality that exists between the game and the groups are as follows: Officers/Leaders can post a Message of the Day directly into the group from the alliance panel, alliance members can post a single raid link directly into the group via the broadcast button/red alert from raids.
*This is a work in progress and we will continue to work on adding additional features that will streamline the Game Group experience. We are looking into things such as creating events inside the game to be posted into the group, optimizing raid sharing (for example, sharing more than 1 raid link at a time into your alliance group), and so on.
*Please note that the group creation functionality only works directly on the Facebook site and not on the standalone.
*This is exclusive to Facebook only due to their new Game Group API system.
