*In an effort to significantly reduce the server slowdowns, we have slightly modified the way level ranges work in PVP. Here are the details-
**Players level 25 and under= Will see players 5 levels below and 5 levels above.
**Players level 26 to 50= Will see players 5 levels below and 25 levels above.
**Players level 51 to 100= Will see players 25 levels below and 50 levels above.
**Players level 101 to 250 under= Will see players 50 levels below and 100 levels above.
**Players level 251 to 500= Will see players 100 levels below and 200 levels above.
**Players level 501 to 1000= Will see players 250 levels below and 500 levels above.
**Players level 1001 to 1500= Will see players 500 levels below and 1000 levels above.
**Players level 1501 and above= Will see players 1000 levels below and 1000 levels above.
