Features:

Alliance Permissions:
* Alliance Leaders may now promote or demote people in their Alliance to the following three ranks: Member, Soldier, Officer.
* Via the new Permissions button in the bottom left corner of the Alliance Options pop-up, each rank may be vested with certain powers at the Leader's discretion.
* For example, people of a certain rank may be allowed to remove Tactics from Alliance Raid bosses, or process applications to the Alliance.
* Four new Limited Items are now available for sale on the Home and Shop pages.
* he Rank 10 and 11 Galaxydome rewards (Hellfire Gun and Heroica) have been improved.
* By popular request, certain items can no longer be sold in the Shop. For example, the Gremlin can't be sold - since a player wouldn't be able to obtain a replacement.


Bug Fixes:
* The Photon Runner now has the correct image.
* Equipped Belt items now display the correct border in your Inventory.
* Tool-tip labels have been added to the Gift Request buttons.
* Tactics no longer appear on players' Public Profiles.
