updated css/js/image loading

Cloudflare implemented a new thing to help improve the load speed of pages. Let me know if there is significant improvement or any extreme slowness that is new.

I definitely noticed some of the things loading much faster.

Note: this is not likely going to make super huge pages load faster, just overall navigation most likely.
